How many videos can I expect to have edited each month?
That depends on a number of factors such as:
- Which package you've subscribed to
- How much raw footage you provide
- How clear and concise of instructions you provide
- How long of a video you're requesting
- How quickly you provide feedback on revisions
- How complex of an edit you're requesting
That being said, it’s not unrealistic to receive 15 to 30+ videos each month.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes! When we say unlimited, we really mean it. Upload as many projects as you’d like and we’ll get started right away. Once you’re satisfied with each final video, we’ll move onto the next project in line. Throughout the process, you can update your project queue whenever you’d like.
What types of videos can you edit?
We can do just about any type of video you have in mind. Our sweet spot is:

Can my videos be stylized with lots of cuts, graphics, and b-roll footage?
That depends on the length of the video. Shorter videos (less than 2min) can have a fair amount of stylizing. Longer videos will tend to have less.
Are the VideoScale editors really "professional"?
Each of our editors goes through a stringent recruiting and training process and is regularly evaluated and coached on how to perform at a high level.
How many exports can we request per video?
You can request as many exports of your video as you’d like. Each one will be considered a separate project.
Is there a limit on the length of my finished videos?
The limits depend on which unlimited subscription you’ve chosen.
Unlimited Lite
- Video length = 15min
Unlimited Plus
- Video length = 30min
Unlimited Pro
- Video length = 60min
Is there a contract?
All of our subscriptions are month-to-month so you can pause or cancel at any time for any reason – no questions asked.
Can you resize my videos for social media?
Yes! We can provide an unlimited amount of resized videos to meet your social media needs.
What are your editing hours?
Our team of Editors and Account Managers are hard at work from 9:00am to 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday (except on holidays).
Can you edit 4K video footage?
Absolutely! We recommend you use a proxy file so it speeds up the process.
Who owns the finished videos?
You do! Every video we edit for you is yours to keep. From time to time we may use your video to promote VideoScale.
Can you edit multiple brands under one subscription?
Sure! Keep in mind that we work on one project at a time, so if you need both brands projects created quickly, it may be best to have multiple subscriptions.
Which software do you use to edit videos?
We use Premiere Pro for all of our editing.
