How do your affiliate program work?
Once you click the button “Become An Affiliate”, you’ll be redirected to a login page where you can create a user profile. Once created, you’ll be given access to your affiliate dashboard where you can copy your dedicated affiliate link. This is the link you’ll provide to your customers so you get credit when they sign up with VideoScale.
How do I get paid?
Payouts through Stripe are made once your referrals have completed 30 days of service and have not requested a 14-day moneyback guarantee. Payouts will take place 15 days after the close of each month.
Do I need to be an active subscriber to VideoScale?
No, you don’t. That being said, we highly suggest you at least try our service out before recommending it to others. This will dramatically increase your ability to effectively promote our service.
Can I earn a commission off of my own subscription?
No, self-referrals are not allowed in the VideoScale Affiliate Program.
What happens if my customer cancels their plan?
If your customer cancels their subscription with VideoScale within the 14-day money-back trial period, no commissions will be applied to your account.
What if my customer doesn't use my promo link?
Simply email your Affiliate Account Manager (affiliate@videoscale.co) and let them know within seven (7) days of the start of their subscription and we’ll get it credited to you.Â
