    What you'll do

    Day-to-Day

    • Onboard new subscription clients and set expectations from day one
    • Turn client briefs into clear, editable instructions for the editing team
    • Keep every project moving on schedule and inside our turnaround promises
    • Manage revision rounds and confirm feedback was actually applied
    • Be the single point of contact clients trust and enjoy hearing from
    • Notice natural expansion moments without ever getting pushy
    • Surface at-risk accounts early so nothing churns quietly
    • Improve the systems and templates the whole team runs on
